I only missed two days of LOAD so far. I'm pretty happy with my track record. =) And I didn't have much choice with my second miss since I was out of town without anything to scrap either paper or digi with me on Thursday night.
I'm also going strong with the 6 week of sketches challenge at Ella Publishing's blog. Here's my take on week 5 sketch. I decided to do the 8 1/2x 11 spread this time:
Since my page was also for February LOAD, I tried to dig a bit deeper in my stash and found some still yummy looking Basic Grey. (I have to get my BG stash out in plain sight so I can play some more)
Supplies - Basic Grey Lucky pps, corrugated cs, Hambly rub-ons, Doodlebug & Rose Moka alpha stickers, Purple Onion journaling stamp, Staz-on ink, heart-shaped button.
I thought that the sketch was perfect to scrap pictures from the girls' dance recital last June. These are pictures of Laetitia in her Sweden garbs. This was her 6th recital. :)
Speaking of LOAD, here's my page for Feb 12th:
Supplies - Bazzill cs, 7Gypsies pp, Pink Paislee, MM, CM alpha stickers, Just Cre8 grid stamp, Luxe label, AC flair button, Staz-on ink, acetate.
I had fun with this one. Barb had given me one of her little challenge for that day: use 12 of the same items twice on your page. There are 12 pink chipboard numbers in the heart and there are 12 words in my title. You can see Barb's take on the challenge over here.
I hope everyone is having a great Valentine's Day weekend. My nice hubby bought me some nice looking red and white roses on Friday night so I could enjoy them a bit more than if he only got them to me on Sunday. :) We'll be enjoying Sunday in family and dropping by my ILs for supper. It's been a while, so it will be fun. :)
Take care and thanks for stopping by.

Great pages and love how you used those rub-ons ;)

Wonderful layouts - I love how bright and cheery the Basic Grey paper is and I love those Hambly rubons.
